EROV started with a simple question: what if what we wear to work could do more? I wanted something that could be worn multiple ways- something versatile, unexpected, and still made for the workday. I couldn't find exactly what I had in mind, so I stopped looking for it and started creating it.

I've spent years working in healthcare, and EROV grew from the experience. I knew the environment, I knew what I liked about my uniforms and I knew what I wished I had. But I also brought inspiration from outside healthcare-especially the durability and utility of workwear. EROV became the place where those two worlds came together.
